About the Speaker
Steve Shuster
​​

Steve Shuster's favorite place to be is spending time at his cabin in Potter County, Pennsylvania. It all started when his Grandfather found a small cabin in "God's Country." He made many memories hunting and fishing with his Dad and Grandfather.

​

Steve has been a part of the hunting industry for over 35 years with Gore-tex and Sitka. He's developed and produced Gore-tex Outdoor Adventures on ESPN and The Outdoor Channel.

​

He's served on the board of The Outdoor Foundation. Steve has been blessed to travel the world hunting big game and guiding for elk in PA​.​

  • Tickets go on sale Wednesday - Jan. 8, 2025 

  • A minimal donation of $12 per ticket is requested

  • We accept cash or check (payable to Mt. Zion Crossroads Church)

Event Details
​​

  • Location - Mt. Zion Crossroads Church, 420 Park Drive, Carlisle PA 17015

  • 2:30pm - Doors open

  • 4:00pm - Jacob Gilliland (Triple Crown of Long Distance Hiking)

  • 4:30pm - Turkey Calling Contest (Youth and Adult Divisions)

  • 5:00pm - Meal (feature presentation to follow meal)

  • Lots of door prizes you won't want to miss!

  • Photo Contest - this first place photo will win a trail camera! All photos should be outdoor related (animals, scenery, etc.) and can be submitted on Feb. 15th; picture should be no bigger than 8x10

  • Mount Contest - a Bass Pro Gift Card awarded to "Fan Favorite" voted mount! Contact us at 717-486-4280 if you are willing to bring a mount to be displayed.

Menu for the Event

Meal will include: Pulled Pork BBQ, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Applesauce, and Desserts.
